Over a 12 month period, provided M&A valuation, then led the amalgamation of equity interests from two corporate transactions, together with the internal organisational changes, subsurface team alignment, technical assurance, commercial strategy and joint venture alignment.
Operated Senegal Exploration Licence, West Africa
